While the weather is warm, we are taking advantage of our heated outdoor pool! However, this is not your grandmother’s water aerobics class. With a mix of cardio, strength, Pilates, and yoga, this is a full-body workout that will leave you feeling amazing! Try it out while it lasts for the summer!

Circuit Training
Our circuit style boot camp classes are designed to be highly accessible to all ranges of fitness and experience. We work hard to make sure every move we incorporate can be modified to fit a variety of needs including achy joints, injury recovery, and restricted mobility. Capped at 5 people, our small group classes allow our trainers to pay lots of attention to the individuals in each class, helping to ensure safety and form. With a great community atmosphere, our group classes are sure to lift your spirits and give you a great workout! Circuit training classes run for one hour.
