Capped at 5 people, our small group classes allow our trainers to pay lots of attention to the individuals in each class, helping to ensure safety and form. Our Short Circuit class is a shorter, sweatier version of our Signature Circuit. With an emphasis on strength, core, and cardio it's an intense full-body class designed to get you in and out in under an hour! Use it as a great way to start the day, or as a warm up to Water Fitness!

Restorative Yoga

7:00pm-8:00pm

 

Restorative Yoga 

Affectionately known as "sleepy time yoga", this class is the perfect way to unwind and prepare for the week ahead! This slow class will take you through some guided breathing and mediation to help you feel relaxed and refreshed.
