Our personal training is truly tailored to you and your goals—we don't have cookie cutter programs that we apply to everyone. After an assessment of your goals and where you are starting from, we will spend an hour each session working with you to ensure you reach your full potential. With a huge emphasis on form and safety, we will push you to new levels, educate you on what you are doing and why, and make sure you have some fun along the way!
Boot Camp Classes
Our circuit style boot camp classes are designed to be highly accessible to all ranges of fitness and experience! We work hard to make sure every move we incorporate can be modified to fit a variety of needs including aching joints, injury recovery, and restricted mobility. Capped at 12 people, our small group classes allow our trainers to pay lots of attention to the individuals in each class, helping to ensure safety and form. With a great community atmosphere, our group classes are sure to lift your spirits and give you a great workout!
We are happy to now offer two different cycling classes! Our Saturday class is a 45-minute group ride that will take you through a variety of hills, sprints and Tabata rounds for a fun, never-boring ride that is suitable for all skill levels. If you are looking for something more intense, our Sunday morning HIIT ride is a quick and sweaty 30-minute ride that will have your heart pounding!
While the weather is warm, we are taking advantage of our heated outdoor pool! However, this is not your grandmother’s water aerobics class. With a mix of cardio, strength, Pilates and yoga, this is a full body workout that will leave you feeling amazing! Try it out while it lasts for the summer!
